Hershey Heights Apartments

I did not have a good experience with this property. Warning, I do not live here, I was a prospective resident, but with the way they handled their tour process, I will never be a resident. I had made an online appointment through their website for a tour on a Saturday. This was confirmed with a confirmation email from RP Management for a 10:30 am guided tour. I show up to the appointment, there is a paper note on the leasing office saying that they are closed that day. I call the office line for prospective residents and the maintenance/ current resident extension to get ahold of someone, nobody answers or even calls me back. I left a message on the machine as well. I expected by sometime Monday or Tuesday to be contacted, I had not gotten any follow up other than an automated “Still Sea

I just wanted to highlight how much we loved living here. We spent just about 3.5 years here and never had any complaints. If we would have had an additional bedroom, our stay would have been much longer. Management was always kind to us, facilities was quick and was always out to repair or fix any issue we had within a business day (our water heater, microwave, dishwasher, and AC all went out at some point and everything was fixed/replaced in less than 24 hours), and the community itself was exceptional and well maintained. Only thing I would mention is that the cost of your electric bill is significant and I was never able to figure out why. We averaged 200-300 a month for a 2 bedroom unit on the second floor and that number was well over 300 a month in the winter. Overall a really gr

I really like it here and maintenance has been quick and done professionally. Property management has been done well. Some things I don't like is the quality of the water (we don't drink it). High electric bills in winter, rent increases every year.

We have lived here for 16 years. The leasing office staff has always been responsive and helpful to any requests or problems. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and the maintenance staff is friendly and efficient. There is normally a follow up, to make sure that your problem has been sufficiently resolved. The landscapers keep the grounds well maintained throughout the year. At this stage of our lives, we are very satisfied with our apartment at Hershey Heights and plan to stay as long as possible.

Great Mtce..nice landscaping, pool is excellent! Only wish is you would take care of long term lessees a little better. You continue to offer savings to new tenants but don’t discount long term.. Great place!
