I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience while attempting to inquire about your property. For several months, I have called multiple times and left voicemails expressing interest. Unfortunately, none of my calls or messages were acknowledged. As a potential client, I expected at minimum the professionalism and courtesy of a returned call, even if the property was unavailable. Effective property management requires timely communication and responsiveness. The lack of follow-up has been frustrating and does not reflect well on your organization. I strongly encourage you to evaluate your communication processes and consider hiring more experienced staff to ensure prospective clients are treated with respect and professionalism. The prices are reasonable for THIS economy. However, it would be nice for the working class to be able to enjoy the amenities. Everything is usually closed by the time we get off work and nothing is accessible on the weekends 😔

I would give 0 stars if I could. I lived there from 2018-2024. Gave absolutely NO issues the entire time. I stayed to myself and only really talked to 2 of the neighbors. DO NOT rent from here. AVOID it. They are MONEY HUNGRY. They tried to say that I am responsible for replacing the carpet and vinyl in the bathroom when THEIR people are the ones who didn't do the job correctly. They also tried to say that I needed to replace a blind that had very minor damage from wear and tear. Mind you, I was told that the wear and tear stuff was not my responsibility. I also want to point out that during pre-moveout inspection, maintenance told me to call if there were issues disconnecting our washer and someone would assist. I’m happy with the changes so far with the apartments and with the new owners. Jason is professional and addresses concerns when needed. I’ve been here for years and finally they are doing good for the community.

My children and I moved here from California in January. I found this place in February and the Apt was mine from that day. Because of covid, I wasn't able to move in my place until May. From the time I started the whole process, the property manager Mercedes was so welcoming and warming. She helped a lot and she is about her business. She kept in contact with me the whole time keeping me informed on the progress of my moving in. I love my apartment and the environment. It is very quit and a peaceful place to live.
