I appreciated Tony walking me through the house and identifying any areas of potential concern. He was very knowledgeable. Specifically he noticed an issue with the furnace which was not only a safety issue but resulted in it operating less efficiently. The repairs cost almost $4000 and were covered by the seller. Suffice to say it saved me a huge expense. He also made recommendations to consider for making the home more comfortable. I would recommend him for your home inspection.
