I recommend this complex. quiet calm area. managers Joseph and Brad are immensely patient with the tenants. Service at the highest level. a bridle behind the lawns and various squalor. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible place to live ! I wouldn’t recommend these units to no one . Very nice inside , out! quality is CHEAP the maintenance is terrible ! The leasing agents terrible! No office. I live here now and will be moving soon as my lease is up !!!

Our family couldn't be happier with our experience so far at Residences at Butler Creek. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most friendly, genuine, and authentic humans, Joseph and Brad. Their excitement and passion about the property is evident throughout the entirety of the tour and process. While touring, we fell in love with the floor plan and space. The layout of the townhome has been very well thought out and you can tell by the way the home flows as you walk through. The environment is a very welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen and dining room pull you in and make you feel at home. Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has so much knowledge and a great showsman. He listened to me and my particular situation and was empathetic to my circumstances. Although I still have yet heard back from him as promised but I understand that there are a whole lot of things going on with the building and renters. But I'm a potential renter if someone would call me back on my interest. That's the only thing I can say needs work. Following up with potential leads. Beautiful are with life at it's rarest these days. Family and friends was an overall notice of the area and your lucky to be a resident if you decide to be. New built townhomes are very nice! The staff is great! Brad and Joseph helped us step by step in the process of getting approved, pick a unit and sign the lease. Daniel the maintenance person is great too, he’s on top of making sure that whatever needs attention gets taken care of. All the staff has been very friendly and professional, thank you!
