building is poorly insulated so your WE energy bill will ALWAYS be high. Gates don't really provide any security. In the one year I've been here, a gun man got past the gates and shot 2 people inside a building and another time someone got past the gates and broke into cars. The gym is really small so when 2-3 people are in there, it feels very crowded. Some resident will bring everyone they know to the pool in the summer so other residents aren't able to enjoy this amenity. On the other hand the staff is really great, very responsive and nice. So at least they have that going for them!

Stayed at the reserve from 2021 to 2024. Fantastic apartments as well as the staff, especially maintenance! Mike with maintenance was able to help me with an enormous amount of questions just being new to the Midwest (from Texas). Hayden with the office was always very professional and took great care of any questions and responded without much delay as well. I almost wish I could bring them with me to my future rentals! Add that with being down the road from a ton of shops, local restaurants, sporting events, parks, music festivals as well. It’s an enjoyable experience for sure. And it looks lovely when it snows!! Thank you Reserve for taking care of me!

Im not big fan of gated communities. However this a very nice place to live. The architecture ia beautiful. Just down the road is a park to run, jog, or walk the dog. Also just down the road is Metro Market, Metcalf's, Walgreens, UPS, Out Post, and a number of other retail accommodations. Yes there are train tracks in front (South entrance) but I doubt anyone can hear that indoors. What's inside the Reserve you'll have to find out for your self; so come check it out.

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience moving into this apartment. From the very start, the management was incredibly kind and welcoming. Faith from the leasing office gave me a fantastic tour and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. She patiently addressed all my questions and kept the lines of communication open, which made a big difference for me. Faith took the time to go over the welcome packet with me, highlighting all the amenities and resources available. Her professionalism and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. I was genuinely touched by the warmth of my welcome experience and I'm excited about this new journey here. A heartfelt thanks to Faith for making me feel so valued and supported—she is truly amazing!

Lived here from February of 23 to October of 24. Very safe, quiet place to live. There was a management change that was 100% for the better once Hayden came into management. They are ALWAYS doing something to upkeep the apartments. Painting parking spots, replacing windows, cleaning filters. Very spacious and good for the price. My only complaints; I lived in the 600 building near Central Bark and you can hear the dogs barking from 9AM-3PM EVERYDAY, and the hallways can smell like dog urine from people not taking care of their pets and yes some spots in the apartment aren’t built the best like cabinets hitting the fridge. No bugs, no trash hanging out in the hallway or patios, no kids screaming up and down the hallways (atleast in the 600 building). Management has handled every concern, I
