Reserve at Daleville

This beautiful hidden Community sits between the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. Easy access to Appalachian trail if that’s your thing. My husband and I moved here from up North this year and love all the amenities and views this property offers. Beautiful saltwater pool, clubhouse, gym, movie theater, dog park and grilling stations. On site management and the entire staff are top notch, very responsive, friendly and always thinking of ways to make this place stand out from the rest. Monthly newsletters, special events, food trucks, book clubs to name a few. The surrounding area is just as beautiful and convenient! Within 5-10 minutes in any direction, fantastic restaurants, wineries, shopping, schools, hospitals, airport and golf courses. This is truly a gem 💎

Absolutely love it, it is so beautiful here. The staff are amazing and prepared for anything. I appreciate how they send out weather warnings before a storm and take precautions around the apartment complex to prepare for any inclement weather.They also have a 24 hour support line in case something goes majorly wrong. It’s been so great, when it’s really cold out, to just go to the hot tub and relax. With all the amenities here I don’t think we would ever want to move anywhere else.

We absolutely love living here - it really doesn’t get better than this if you are choosing to rent. The staff is incredibly responsive, kind and tries to accommodate everyone’s needs. The amenities are extremely impressive, and to top it all off, management always plans monthly events and gatherings to build a sense of community. One of our favorite parts of living here is how secluded it is from passing traffic, making you feel safe. 5 stars for The Reserve at Daleville -we highly recommend! P.S. If The Reserve at Daleville is on your ‘want to tour’ list, I highly encourage you to come visit the beautiful community and meet the warm, welcoming staff. This community truly is a gem nestled comfortably in the Blue Ridge Mountains, yet still maintains convenient access to the surrounding areas. Outside of the extensive amenity offering of the community itself, when living at The Reserve at Daleville, you’re just minutes away from Carvins Cove (the second largest city-owned park in the country); tons of hiking tails; modern town center attractions; and the downtown scene of Roanoke. I’ve been a resident at The Reserve at Daleville since they opened and am SO glad I stumbled across the property when I was planning to relocate in 2020. I’m staying here for the winter with my daughter . She can afford anyplace she’d want to live . She has two big dogs . They’re like her babies . This place is even amazing for them . I’m also able to enjoy sitting on her upper back deck and enjoying the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains . It’s so breath taking here it’s like an everyday vacation .
