Daleville College Apartments

I lived here for a year (2017-2018), and it is an absolutely wonderful apartment building. It is well maintained and in probably the best location in town (five minutes from both shopping centers). The Landlord is woman named Nicole and she is absolutely wonderful and was a pleasure to rent from. Tim, the maintenance/groundskeeper always kept everything neat and in working order, and would show up anytime you called, (even in the middle of the night). The units are spacious (it's a lot bigger than it looks), almost fully furnished (stove, fridge, washer, dryer, even has a/c units) and affordable (my two bedroom was only $650, which was a steal considering how great the building and location was). This place is run down and nit taken care of. The ceiling in the kitchen fell down, out side area dirty, dark and disgusting.
