This has to be the worst realtor I've ever contacted. I contacted the realtor about a property I was interested in. Jenifer was supposed to email me information on the property, she never did. I decided to send her an email, she never responded, so I called the office and left several messages to which she never returned any of me messages. I had emphasized I was traveling and I lived in Florida and it was important to see the property on my way home, I told Jenifer the first time I spoke with her and the receptionist afterwards, she assured me Jennifer got my messages. I don't know why no one contacted me. I'm considering filing a complaint with whoever governs VA realtors. Stay away from this broker, especially if you're a seller. This could have been a cash sale.

Absolutely dreadful experience with Gina Arthur during the sale of our home. She represented the buyers and mishandled the entire transaction from start to finish. Her communication with our agent was consistently poor, from the initial showing to the closing, and she failed to address/communicate negotiation and repair requests from her clients. Her constant interference and opinion added unnecessary complications. She waited until the last minute, outside of the contract terms to respond 1) submitting repair addendum requests after the deadline, and 2) failed to communicate until the 11th hour after repeated calls and texts from our agent regarding our offer back giving a seller credit. I have to give high praise to Rick Stover for helping me with the entire process of selling my childhood home. His compassion and kindness shown through from day one, first thing he said was I’m so sorry I know this is hard. He was patient with all of my questions even the ones that were emotionally driven as I grasped the gravity of what I had to do. I never had to ask for an update he kept me informed each and every step of the way. He went out of his way to ensure both the house and myself were handled with care. I highly recommend him for all of your buying and selling needs. His caring nature, knowledge and work ethic makes him stand out from the crowd.

He didn’t just help us find something nicer, he found our dream home. Grant is by far the best realtor I have ever done business with.
