I had the chance to work with Jay Kilby on a new construction purchase with Ryan Homes at The Ridge at Fairway Forest, and they were fantastic to work with. They stayed on top of every detail, asked great questions for their client, and made the whole process feel seamless. New construction can be a lot to navigate, but Jay kept communication easy and made sure their client always knew they had a team of professionals who could help. You can tell they really care about the people they’re helping. I’d happily work with Jay Kilby again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build in the Roanoke area.

Boy, where do I start? I have a listing with Jay in Botetourt County. There is so much to write but I will sum it up by saying Jay has done a fantastic job helping me. I can’t say enough good things about him. In a world where people don’t know their job or don’t want to do their job, Jay is excellent at what he does. If you are thinking of selling or buying, I absolutely recommend Jay. I think if you go anywhere else you will be disappointed.
