I sold land and was asked to come in to sign the paperwork. After I signed I asked about the funds. I was told they would be available the next day. I waited until 3pm the next day before I called, they told me the buyers funds would not be released until the following day. Every time I have sold property the funds were available when I signed the final paperwork.
