Rentz lacks professionalism, follow up and basic communication to homeowners. We had people show up at our front doors one morning telling us they were taking our decks apart. We knew nothing about it. Same with driveway repair. No notice from Rentz. We recently had an HOA increase and didn’t get a notice. When we put in requests to have something fixed, it takes at least 8 phone calls and 6 months. Recently, our HOA was in the red because Rentz failed to let people know that they had changed banks. It’s always some mess to clean up with them. I wish our board would quit dealing with them and find a reliable company to manage our HOA, who values communication with residents.

As MANY other reviews have stated, good luck getting in touch with anyone. The dues keep going up, but the amenities and quality keeps going down. There is a reason they can not consistently collect dues or fill property vacancies, read the horror stories folks! You will lose property value with this management team, buyer beware! 0 stars!

2023: The foundation and integrity of the air conditioning units of building 5 are severely in jeopardy. The concrete slab and the air conditioners themselves are sliding into the building which just so happens to be where my master bath is located. When it rained the water would come behind the drywall and it would pool at the bottom of the wall/baseboard. Unbelievably incompetent system of management stems most problems for condo owners across the board. They sent out someone to fix it they tore out the drywall and they found a PREVIOUS CRACK in FOUNDATION THAT WAS PATCHED and a NEW ONE and the SAME PLACE. 2019: I came home from work to my carpet and newly renovated laundry room filled with water. Worst management ever. Would give zero stars if I could. Tammy is SO RUDE and condescending to deal with. They keep raising fees every year. The “workout room” (Wynds) equipment were bought from a 1980s yard sale. And make sure you are up to date on tetanus shot before stepping on that rusty scale. How about reimbursing us for skimming the pool ourselves since obviously nobody else does it. It’s crazy to think we pay MORE than Triple Crown yet are more like section 8 in comparison lol

12/5/25. Nothing says happy holidays like another end of year 5$ dues increase. Now 275 per month. Buyer beware with this place. More and more renters. They dont enforce the rules and the place keeps getting worse. 10/22/25 UPDATE Now want us to send 25 dollars for a parking pass. NO THANKS. I will park in guest parking. They dont enforce any of the bylaws that benefit the owners living in their units. Finding every little way to squeeze money from unit owners. Never replaced or repaired any of the broken pool lounge chairs. Maybe next summer. Won't put up no smoking signs in the common ways for the inconsiderate owners and renters. Get you to set up your autopay thru a new online system and tack on .75 cent processing fee. They will get you wherever they can. Maybe they will
