ReNew Johnson Creek

I relocated to ReNew Johnson Creek in Milwaukie, Oregon, from Houston. At the time I moved in (June 2025) the apartments were under a different management company, and under a different name: "Crestview Heights Apartments." A month or so after moving in, management changed hands and improvements began. Overall, my experience living here has been positive. I lease a studio apartment (building A). My refrigerator stopped cooling a couple months ago, and I was brought a brand new, right-out-of-the-box refrigerator. The studio apartments are very cute, complete with 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher... everything a person needs to live comfortably. All apartments managers should be like Karson ,the maintenance man Dan is were friendly and helpful.i must say since Renew Johnson Creek has taken over things are finally improving.for example the buildings has been painted , landscaping has been done ,currently the pool is under under construction. I must say I'm really happy to be living here also thank you crashing for helping me this morning

I have been living in these apartments since 2021 and I must say since renew Johnson Creek has taken over. They are doing so much better. The renovations are so good and the manager Karson is so much better than the last few managers that have been on this property. She’s very nice very understanding and tries her best to work with you if she can.

There's a nasty mildew smell in my apartment suspected to be under the living room carpet which is making me and my small child sick. I told the complex repeatedly you could smell it but not see it, and that its causing serious health problems to my family. They wasted my time for weeks only to deny the smell and refuse any mold testing. Not to mention I lost my house key and maintenence locked me out of my house overnight (which is highly illegal). Make sure you tour your specific unit before signing a lease or better yet dont live here at all they will poison you with their mold. Edit to add pictures of the mold they keep telling me isnt there, no mind ive been incredibly sick since moving in 👍

If you like to BBQ this is not the place for you. They let me know 1 month into my new lease. I would have never stayed here. Oh yeah and you can't even have one to use at the river or camping. Nothing if you lose power and believe me you lose power almost every winter. Lost it for 3 days once. Been here 5 years and it's done nothing but get worse. Trash doesn't get maintained garbage doesn't get picked up. One things for sure the rent will always go up then they will take something away. Has happen to me almost every year.
