I recently stopped by the property and happened to see the Property Manager walking the grounds. I approached her with a few questions, and she was incredibly pleasant, professional, and informative. She took her time answering everything thoroughly and made me feel very welcomed. Based on that interaction alone, I’m definitely coming back to schedule a full tour!

Management: I appreciate the new management and their efforts in overseeing these aging buildings. While the transition has had its challenges, management has handled it with incredible grace. They have successfully turned a stressful situation into a well-managed community by focusing on proactive maintenance rather than simply reacting to crises. Additionally, the multiple avenues of communication they have established make it easy to ensure all issues are addressed promptly. Marrisa and Shunterra are wonderful and want to help make the apartments better. There have been several upgrades dog park( we love we have two dogs) kid park and even a gym. It is wonderful and the facelift looks so good. They are very accommodating. I was getting an injection and they made sure they hurried and replaced the stairs to make it easier for me to go up when I got home. Lots of Positive changes Maintenance man Ladarius is great too very kind and wants to fix the issues not just patch them up

I had a wonderful experiencing touring the apartments because of Shunterra Williams and Marrisa Jackson! They were warm, inviting, and made sure to answer any questions we had. Shunterra showed us a property to tour and was able to answer any and all questions we had about the availability, pricing, and amenities of the complex! We plan on applying to this property and hopefully moving in soon!

We’ve had a couple different issues come up. Usually within a day or so they would send ( Quay ) down to take care of us. He’s always very nice, polite and has it taken care of in a timely manner. If there’s an issue with getting something done the management team keeps us informed.
