Mirayah, the leasing agent, gave us exceptional service with trying to help me relocate my elderly mother to their complex. If there was less than 1 star I would choose it. Not only do they never answer the phone when you call (unless you're a potential new tenant) but they don't even follow their own policies. We asked if they allowed smoking on their premises and they said absolutely not. Then told us if we ever had an issue to let them know and they'll take care of it. 5 months later we have a neighbor that keeps smoking marijuana in the bldg and the property manager and assistant manager both KNOW WHO IT IS.... But tell us to call the police because they don't want to get involved. The police come and say call the the office. We just keep getting the runaround and we never would've moved in if it was going to be like this because me and my wife both have asthma and can't keep breathing in smoke. Do NOT move
