If I could give Memphis Passive 10 stars, I would. I needed serious repairs on my home that had seen better days, and I was struggling to find someone who cared. James and Anthony went above and beyond, not only fixing the structural issues but also taking the time to listen and reassuring me everything would be ok. We have been renting from Memphis passive for 4 going on 5 years, very responsive and understanding rental company. Any issues we have had we voiced and was heard and taken care of in a timely manner. Very happy with our rental company.

Ruuuunnn!!!! They Take Deposits & want you to pay for extra repairs!! They Will Not let you out of lease even when offering to pay costs. Lack of Communication. Charge for Multiple Inspections. I could go On & On! Horrible!! The Worst Experience of my daughter's life!! And I've stayed in Multiple states. AND, I Know Rude Ms. Laura is who Obviously responds to the reviews. 🤣🤡 I told my daughter to put in a complaint with MHA & to Contact the Local News because there is Something wrong with a company that takes advantage of families!!
