Angela and Karen have been a tremendous help for me since I started looking for a new place to call home. Every time I have called or visited, they have been extremely thorough and kind. Angela showed me my unit and was very knowledgeable and seemed very polished. Angela has answered all of my questions and I appreciate that she will call back to confirm all of the information that was discussed for clarification. The apartment itself looks very clean and quiet from what I can tell. The location seems perfect where it's driving distance from local food locations and it's not too far from Memphis. Absolutely loved living at Quail Ridge Highland! A safe, beautiful complex in Bartlett that is really stunning in the fall. The area is quiet and the walls are thick (so peaceful!), and maintenance requests are handled lightning-fast. The best apartment experience I've ever had!

The staff was exceptional receptive, Karen was helpful in showing me around the property and made a great impression. Also Sarah working in the front office was very receptive and helpful! Great impression and I liked the overall vibe of the property, safe and clean with nice landscaping.

I have lived at the Highlands Apartments for almost 2 years. I feel safe and well taken care of. It’s a beautiful gated community with well kept grounds and amenities. The staff is helpful, kind and caring. I have only had a couple issues and they are on top of everything. I even had my lightbulb changed the same day. The maintenance staff are very respectful. I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. I highly recommend Quail Ridge Highlands Apartments.

We lived here for a little over two years. The office personal are very helpful and kind. Them and the maintenance guy are very quick so resolve any issue if any ever even arise. The landscaping is well kept at all times. Very quiet apartment complex. The apartments themselves are very nice and cozy. 10 out of 10. I 100% recommend Quail Ridge Highlands.
