RE/MAX SELECT of TINTON FALLS

We were matched with Scott DuBeau of RE/MAX via Zillow when we were looking to buy a home. We toured the house with Scott and felt like it was a great match. We were having issues with the real estate agent that listed our home and did not want to continue working with him in the purchase of a new home. In meeting Scott, we were not upfront with our situation as we were hesitant on working with any agent due to the issues we had faced. We have been in the process of selling our house and allowed agent Jim John Craparo from Re/Max of Tinton Falls to show his buyers our home 2 weeks ago 3/17. When walking into our home immediately after his showing, we noticed our entry way wall had been damaged, completely cracking through our drywall (see pictures). Only a large amount of force could have caused that amount of damage. There was absolutely no note left explaining the damage so had to call our agent to find out what had happened. She was able to speak with Jim early that same evening and told us that he did not deny causing the damage. I count my blessings daily for "landing" at RE/MAX Select, two years ago. They have proven to be the most supportive place I could have chosen to hang my "shingle"! Truly. No one could have foreseen the pandemic, of course, but I applaud our management group - Rob and Maria, and our training staff and support staff - Angie, Rima, Linda - at SELECT for helping to get us AND our clients through the most difficult and dark days.
