He was there for us throughout the entire process, answering every single question we had promptly. He was always patient with us as we were first-time buyers. There was never a time Ed did not answer a message from me, he always got us in to see the houses we wanted, and if it was just listed that day and he could see we were excited he made sure we got in to see it that day. He knows the housing market very well which helped when it came time to put our offer in. He was excellent with our son Connor during the whole process as well. - Went to see an open house in Piscataway and as soon as we walk in one of his assistants ask us “How did you get in here?!” Thinking to myself this is an open house, isn’t it?...I said “the front door”. He insisted that we go upstairs and sign in. So we walk up the stairs, my mom, my 2 toddlers and I. We see “Ed” who has this annoyed look on his face and doesn’t say Hi or anything. He asks me for my info and if I’m working with a realtor. I say “somewhat” . He rudely says “ well you either are or you’re not!” I’m in shock that he could be so Rude, but we still say “yes, we are working with a Realtor” He than asks me for my Realtors name and phone number, again in a RUDE and crass manner.
