Stay away! Racketeering operation. I spent $200 on paint and supplies to patch the few nail holes I made, repaired extensive damage from the previous tennant's dogs claws, left the place spotless and move in ready for the next tennant. I expected to get at least half of my deposit back but they actually sent me a bill for $389. It included "patch and paint" charges of $365 which I know they didn't do because I did it. This company is not even slightly professional. They are doing everything they can to steal every penny they can get. DO NOT RENT from these people. I'm posting all the pics I took on move out day so you can see.

I would rate this property management company a zero if I could. They have a habit of neglecting their properties between tenants. I live on the same street as this house and am appalled at the fact they they think this is a good way to get new tenants in. The pics don’t even show how long the grass actually is. When the last tenants were in this property it was actually one of the most manicured, beautiful looking lawns in the neighborhood. NOT a good look for you guys.

If I could leave a lower number of stars than one I would. I haven't rented from this company for over five years, and they just sued one of my old roommates and sent me to collections from that time. They had multiple ways of contacting us to let us know we still owed a bill and instead waited and sent us to collections so that we could get charged an exorbitant interest rate on top of that, plus the legal fees that go with getting sued. Would have happily paid the fees that we owed at the time, but they terminated our access to the payment portal so we couldn’t check what we owed and we never received any letter or phone call saying that we had a remaining bill. Honestly, wouldn’t put it past this shady company to have mailed the bill to the apartment that we had moved out of.

Absolute worst rental agency. Very slow to respond to any service you may need for your rental. Very very poor communication from their office lady Patricia who was never trained on how to write emails and notices at a professional level. We had our apartment professionally cleaned, it looked amazing. When we moved out they still took 70% of our security deposit, citing false statements about the condition of the unit. These people will nickel and dime you for everything. Do yourself a favor and use an agency who actually care about their tenants and conduct themselves in a professional manner. RAM is TERRIBLE!!!!! You have been warned.

Just don't use this management company. It's not worth it. They will bleed you dry of every penny they can manage. All property costs will be billed to you after move out. This includes, filters, fire alarm batteries, paint/patch(regardless of if you do it yourself), cleaning(even if you hire somebody to do it), carpets(even if professionally cleaned), rekey fees for the next tenant, inspection fees, etc. Basically any cost to them is billed straight to you. I left the apartment better than when i moved in, and got charged $1400 for costs that should be covered by the property owner. They've buried everything in the lease contract so read every word if you do sign with them. Like I said it is not worth it.
