We purchased a lot from Senior R.C. People’s in the early 1980’s when there were 2 farms purchased and acre lots were sold to inside the movement of below south of the canal. Mr. People’s indicated when were ready to build call the office. We did in the early 1990’s, by this time Sr. R.C. People’s had passed leaving 1 salesperson who was faithful to Sr. R.C. People’s. The salesperson honored the commitment made by Sr and allowed us to select a home slated for Caravel Hunt. The sons now leading wasn’t pleased with the commitment so there was subpar work done. 1st we were shorted 82 feet, which is HUGE! There was no wrapping (Tyvec) as indicated, the ash down was placed on the rear of the house and the chimney was placed inside the garage, which is 10 feet short, the ash down has 3 receptac

Shocked to see they’re not flying the extremely large flag at half mast out of respect for President Carters passing. Says a lot about this business.

Promised us a home then they forfeited our contract due to no fault of my own. Thought this was a trustworthy family business but I was wrong.
