Visited Delaware with wife and stayed at Christian Meadows, Delaware, USA for 2 months with my Daughter. This place is regarded as retirement place to enjoy. Very clean, less populated, good locality . See the fall colours there. Visited near by malls, Bank of America Building.Seen the residence of Ex president, USA Mr Joe Biden .

I've lived here since 2019 and absolutely love it. The staff are friendly and are always happy to help. Troy at the main gate always welcomes you home with a warm welcome and smile. Great place to live, pool is a bonus, landscaping is always well maintained. I haven't had many maintenance issues in my unit, but the few I have had were attended too quickly. In winter they do a good job with snow removal.

Disappointing Experience I went to tour these so-called “luxurious” apartments, but the experience was anything but. The front desk staff (Tina) was eating while I was trying to ask about one-bedroom availability—no eye contact, no real greeting. When I asked if I could sit, she just said “yeah” without even pausing what she was doing. She handed me a folder and told me to check the model myself. When I came back, she seemed more interested in playing with colorful paperclips than answering my questions. For a place charging $1,675 a month, I expected way more professionalism. The poor customer service was enough to convince me that this isn’t the kind of community I’d want to live in.

Been living here for a few months now and I have to say I love it here!! It may be a on the pricier side but it is so worth it compared to other places that want the same prices and are offering way less here in Newark. Everything was pretty much updated, no infestation problems, everything was working, landscape always nice, quiet family oriented community, feels very safe, loveeeee the 24/7 guard shack, and the amenities are literally just the cherry on top. I have a 2b/2bath and i plan on staying for a while at least until i move out of state again. Everyone minds their business here, the staff, and my neighbors were super nice and welcoming as well.

1) Hassle Free - I have stayed in 4 different apartment complexes in the area and this is, hands down, the best experience I have had. Not once did I have any kind of issue with the property management or office, and that is largely due to them not having unreasonable demands. 2) Clean - The property is clean and well maintained 3) Top quality maintenance team - Any issue I faced (where I had to raise a maintenance ticket), were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Every ticket I put in was resolved before the end of the business day. 4) Parking - There is plenty (and I mean PLENTY) of parking spots available for you and guests 5) Safe - The community is extremely safe.
