Fox Run Apartment Homes

The apartments here are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. The entire rental process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. I want to give a special shoutout to Kia in the leasing office. She provided exceptional service from start to finish. Kia listened to all of my concerns, was incredibly patient, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Her professionalism and kindness truly made the experience outstanding and I highly recommend this community!

If I could rate lower I would and I don’t even know where to start with the laundry list of issues. I have never had a complex hold any of my refundable deposits…until I rented from this catastrophic community. There was a large fire here, the building a complete loss, zero communication to the residents about this. Never in my life have I seen a roach…until I lived in this ghetto. Never have I had RAW SEWAGE pour down into my unit…until I lived in this dump. I wasn’t going to leave any negative reviews about this hole until I just hung up with a collection agency paying $650 in “damages” I did not cause just to finally be rid of this nightmare chapter. Did a drive-by to get a feel for the area for some family that's looking for a place to stay and here's the results: Appears to have reserved parking spaces for the units. Which is a major plus. Most apartments do not have this and you could be blocks away walking groceries/laundry through large parking lots. Fenced in dog park! Several stations to bring your dog for some fun and Training in a safe fenced in area. Beware though as most of the exterior fencing is 4 ft tall and one side (facing parking lot) Is approx 10 feet if your dog can jump over 4 feet. I have lived here for quite some time now, and all I can say is that it is great! The pool is lovely, the firpelace than came with our partner is amazing for winter. And everything in general is great

BEWARE!! High crime area. Buy your own surveillance cameras, because management don’t care. Within the past month our car was vandalized as well as a large rock was thrown through our apartment window. In addition someone has been banging on our door and running. We’ve been reaching out to Fox Run Management but they don’t seem to be interested in the safety or well being of their residents. These incidents have also been documented with New Castle County Police. We’ve been following up with both parties and unfortunately we’re not getting much feedback from the Police or Fox Run Management.
