Brandywine Woods Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year now & have had an awesome experience so far. Stacy (the property manager) and everyone else working in the office is always super responsive and kind. Stacy went out of her way when I first moved in to make sure that I was taken care of, even responding to some of my questions after hours since the situation was urgent. Maintenance (though I haven’t needed much) is VERY quick to respond. I don’t have any issues with parking, it’s super quiet, and I love all of the space in my apartment. I have no complaints. I will say that I was skeptical at first due to the prices, but you get what you pay for and living here is definitely worth every penny!!! The amenities are top tier, and very accessible. Amazing place to live! I've been at a couple of different apartment complexes before but this one truly stands out. Every guest I've had over is always more than impressed at my apartment. The open layout really makes the apartment feel even larger, and it's already 1200 sq ft, I honestly don't know what to do with all of the space. IF and I mean IF anything needs tending to, maintenance is very responsive and always do a great job. The staff in the office are also super friendly and make you feel heard if you ever have questions or concerns. The pool? It's the cherry on top. I highly recommend! I've toured several spots before making my decision in living here and each time I was at another property, I used Brandywine Woods as the standard.

Great place to live!!!! Both my husband and I live here and we love it! I think it's really hit or miss apartments in Deleware. This is a total hit! We toured other apartments in DE only to find overly expensive and weird layouts that didn't even make sense. Not only are the two ladies that work in the leasing office amazing but so is our apartment! It's spacious and really quiet. Both the community and apartment itself is quiet. I think there are a lot of working professionals that live here. We all have to be up for work early, so nothing crazy is going on, which helps it stay quiet. It's pet friendly and even has a cute little doggy park in the complex. There's trash bins with potty bags located all around. So if you run out of bags mid walk, the apartment has you covered. Brandywine Woods Apartments are one of the best complexes in this area. We've been here almost 4 yrs and are very happy. The property has always been well kept and clean. Landscaping has always been immaculate and very nice. Its very welcoming driving into the complex. Its mostly quiet with very few disturbances. The clubhouse, pool and grill areas are well maintained and anytime we've asked about anything the office staff has done a great job following up to completion. We have seen continual improvements throughout the property and management. And we're very pleased to call this place home. No matter where you go there will be issues because everyone is human, but certainly We've found a beautiful, peaceful place to call home. Scott & Della

I lived at Brandywine Woods Apartments for the past six years. The landscapes are beautifully kept and Stacy (the property manager) was always very helpful and efficient at her job. The pool is beautiful as well, and they even have multiple grills for cooking, a tennis court, a gym, a business center, and a garden where you can plant veggies or flowers. I was sad to move out, but it was time since I just bought a house. I have two dogs who will appreciate having a backyard to run in even though they definitely made use of the puppy park at the apartment complex over the past couple years. It was very nice! Maintenance requests used to take a little bit, but the last year or two, they were a lot faster to get to the requests taken care of. All in all, it is a great place to live. I enjoyed
