School Bell Apartments

I've been a resident here for over a year, and there's nothing but good things to say about this complex. The office staff are kind and hospitable, maintenance requests are responded to quickly, the pool and gym are well maintained, and the apartments themselves are very nice and reasonably priced for the quality. It's about as close to a perfect complex as you can get. I plan to stay here for a very long time.

TOP TIER!!! I can actually see myself living here.. Today Falisha showed me the tour of the two bedroom unit. she is very professional! also down to earth! I felt welcomed right away. The unit was very nice! Very clean, clean landscaping, they offer, a nice size Pool! 24 hour gym! Which I love! Outside grill for barbecuing i believe near the pool, Business center, the fact I don’t have to make 3 times the rent! Was music to my ears lol They have a yearly salary requirement which I feel like most complex should have, instead of 3 times the rent. The location is perfect! Near the highway and shopping centers. Also the rent seems to be reasonable for everything they offer.

This is a very nice little community and the apartments are open and clean. The office staff are always respectful and friendly, and happy to help. The fitness center and pool are nice as well. My only issue was noise. The walls are pretty thin and I remember my neighbor would blast his bass even after multiple requests to turn it down. My apartment also faced the highway, which is a constant source of noise from traffic. Overall I did enjoy my time here, but it was not somewhere I could stay long term.

I have been here almost a year, what a nice place to live. Apartment is very nice and I really like the people who work in the office. Such wonderful people! The crew who takes care of maintenance is also very nice and never makes you feel like a burden. A/C went out on a Sunday, 1 hour fixed!! They always respond with a smile. Just signed for another year!😊

I lived at SB for 18 months and absolutely loved it there! Apartment was spacious, updated, quiet, and clean! Amenities were great and clean! I frequented the gym and the pool. Leasing office staff and maintenance guys were awesome, friendly, and on top of all requests or issues that arose. Grounds were kept clean and quiet! Rent was reasonably priced for all that is offered! Pre-COVID, there were many fun mingling activities offered to residents. Location is ideal too. Located close to many stores and the highways. No issues or unannounced fees upon vacating the apartment. Not a single complaint about SB! Only reason I moved was because I moved out of state for a new job! Thanks again SB!
