Lennar at The Colony

I was really disappointed with customer service, email communication is not clear. The project (at summit bridge bear DE) kept delaying (delayed 18 months till date), and due to that we have extend our rate lock, and paid all the money from our pocket. We tried to reach sales person, she replied back with "As for asking to cover the cost of extension (almost 2 years), we cannot do that. The builder cannot come back to you and increase your sales price even though it has gone up ".you guys are ridiculous. Buyers beware. Lennar you do not even deserve one star!

I wish there was a negative star. Very bad customer service, please don't close the house without fixing all of the issues. After your closing no one will respond to your emails or address any of the issues. I did my closing 7 months back and since then i have been following up each and every day to fix them. These are not the warranty issues, these are the pending items on the day of my closing day and we were promised all of the issues will be taken care within two days after my closing and they even signed on a paper. My house was given in a very bad situation as there were two pages list of issues/problems identified during our pre-closing walk through. We don't understand what is the problem of addressing the issues for the money we paid. Most of the people in the community are going

You WILL be pressured to use ALL Lennar services - they will dangle money in front of you BUT with the catch you need to use their service providers. Very shady practice, could not work with people I trusted due to the cash incentive being so large. Feels slimy.

Wish there was a negative star for Lennar office staff in "The colony community". Worst customer services. They don't return your calls nor reply. Arrogant office staff with no choice of design selection. Try your luck and see how well they behave!

Wanted to see the homes, made the call for an appointment and no one returned our call. Still interested but not too impressed with the customer service so far.
