Ravel & Royale on Strathmore Square

Visited for the Ravel & Royale complex, for an idea, relocated to another level luxury apartment. The tour guy was excellent. He gives us lots of thot to think about. Convenient location and beautiful place.

I have been living in Ravel and Royale apartments for over a year, and my experience with the management team and staff has been always positive. They are not only professional but also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests alike. The common areas are well-maintained and clean, which enhances the living experience. Their communication skills to keep residents informed are very effective. They organize regular community events like Yoga, Zumba and Book club that foster a friendly atmosphere among residents.The always listen to my concerns and feedback and respond in a timely manner. I’ve had a generally positive experience living in this building, largely because of the incredible concierge and maintenance teams. The concierges truly make the experience amazing—they are personable, attentive, kind, and always willing to help. Their presence adds a level of comfort and care that makes a real difference day to day. Maintenance has also been consistently outstanding. Kevin and Derrick, in particular, deserve recognition. They follow up immediately on any concerns, are thorough in their work, and genuinely care about resolving issues rather than just checking a box. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

Myself, my wife and our 2 kids were planning on moving to the DMV area for a job opportunity. We knew we would be in the DC area in May and did our research ahead of time -- we toured apartments in DC Metro as well as Maryland. During our research we noticed the good school system as well as the proximity of transportation in and out of DC, so we decided to visit the Bethesda area and take a tour with Ravel and Royale. Our tour was set up with Paul and he showed us a variety of 2 bedroom apt and ultimately we decided to put a deposit down on one of the Townhomes.
