Thank you for hosting a very nice Halloween party for the tenants. Nicole, Alecia and Sharon were all present and the party was a success! Alot of people came with there costumes. Food , crafts , candy and drinks were provided. I truly appreciate management coming together and sharing the love . I look forward to more events in the future ❤️

Find other apartments if you can. The staff is bare minimum everything is always broken. The garage door, the elevators, the whole building is covered in dog poop. The office staff changes every few months and the staff does nothing but sit on the clock. If you do a tour, notice how you can not use the elevators on the South side because the buttons to the elevators doesn’t work. It takes months to get anything resolved. The carpets haven’t been cleaned in years. You can’t even sit in the patio because the furniture is left in the rain and outside all year round so it’s filthy! One dog park should be marked a hazard because of the amount of poop and piss it’s holding. Your car will never be secured because they don’t fix the garage door ever.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Please do yourself a huge favor and do not move here. From day one, my experience has been a complete nightmare. The apartment I was shown during the tour was nothing like the unit I was actually given when I signed the lease. On moving in, I was hit by a nasty smell. The air conditioning system was full of mold, and the window seals were covered in gunk, making the place feel dirty and neglected. The rubbish chute doesn’t work properly, leaving the floor I am on filled with a terrible odor — a major health and safety hazard. The washing machine and dryer were not working and were also filled with so much gunk it was unbelievable. The problems don’t end there. The management team is completely unresponsive. A very modern and clean building. Tons of amenities. In the leasing office Ms. Sharon Pulley was very helpful, she answered all of my inquiries about the property with charm and grace. The apartments are spacious with exceptional floor plans. They are a must see!

Just like anywhere, living here is what you make of it. Sure there’s an issue or two here and there, but it’s one of the least problematic places I’ve lived to date. Follow best practices like taking out trash before turning in for the night to reduce bugs and mice. It’s a community effort you know? Great location close to Pike and Rose, and next to a JCC for those with kids. I’m not Jewish, but it’s super useful for extracurricular activities for the kiddo. And there’s the occasional gatherings like in the picture. As with anything, check email and stay informed to not miss them.
