Meridian at Grosvenor Station

I have lived at Meridian at Grosvenor Station for almost four years. It’s a great building and I like living there. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and the work is thorough, the building is kept clean and the concierge staff is diligent with packages and messages. The exercise room is great, there’s bike storage and Meridian Market is so convenient. During the snowstorm in January 2026, every time I went outside, there was at least one person shoveling the walkways, sometimes more. I was outside a lot that day to walk my dog. Currently, there are renovations in the lobby and some apartments. It is a bit disruptive now but will make the building nicer in the future. The apartments are due for upgrades as is the lobby. Great Apartment Complex. Staff are friendly and helpful. Building is clean and maintenance is responsive. Location is fantastic for federal workers (Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro). Gym is very nice and equipped with wide assortment of machines and weights, has a bathroom and water fountain too. Parking garage is very secure and has EV charging stations/bike storage options. Cost is fair considering all amenities and overall quality. Other residents are quiet, or perhaps there is good soundproofing and I cannot tell. Moving out due to work/career opportunities elsewhere. Would recommend.

This is the best apartment building I lived in across all my years renting in the DMV. The building is well built, clean, and quiet. I never heard any of my neighbors, this isn't one of those wooden buildings with paper thin walls. The very few times I had to call maintenance, they were quick and responsive. There's a metro station right out the door, nearby parks, and a convenience store in the building. The management team, especially Olga, are all friendly and were easy to work with. My wife and I were both saying we wish we had found this building earlier - we would've preferred to have been here over the previous places we lived! We only left as we bought a place. We'd definitely recommend living here.

I wanted to take a moment to leave an enthusiastic review of the Meridian at Grosvenor Station apartments and community. To start, we’re multi-year residents. The team here, led by Olivia, and including Olga, Stephanie, the concierge team, and the maintenance team, really stand out, and are super! You can rest easy knowing that maintenance requests, e-mails, and phone calls will be answered promptly, and that the team is attentive. This really builds peace of mind. The building is comfortable and cozy, and is well maintained. The maintenance and cleaning teams are professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive to details (this last one is a big one for me!). We moved in in March 2025 and have been really enjoying the living experience here at Meridian. Location to the metro can't be beat. The building is nicely adorned and our apartment is lovely and quiet. The staff here are extremely responsive to any problems or concerns we have. I have asked for some minor repairs to the bathtub and alerted them when my A/C was not running effectively. Service was incredibly prompt! Can't say enough about their professionalism and attention to residents' needs. I've taken advantage of the gym downstairs and the pool on the roof- it's never crowded and I'm able to use all equipment without a wait. The monthly electric bill was a bit higher than I anticipated, but still within reason. I highly recommend the Meridian!
