Generally I don't write reviews but I need to write a review about this guy. Andres is very knowledgeable, Energetic and committed to his clients. He is ready to go out there and searched for good deals. He responded to each of my phone call and text. He sent me information about homes for sale before they appear on any other websites. He negotiates with seller and other realtor for me to have best deal. Now I own a very big home with a very low mortgage thanks to Andres ' effort. I recommend this guy.

Buying a house with Andres was fun and easy. He does care a lot about his clients and worked for us practically 24/7. Thanks to his knowledge of local market and to his intuition we were able to buy a wonderful house in expensive area for surprisingly moderate price. All negotiations with sellers went easy and smooth and to our favor. All papers from our side were prepared in advance. Very professional work at a capital level.
