NoBe Market Apartments

Hello and thank you for reading my review of NoBe Market Apartments. I have lived here for about a year and a half and I am very pleased with the accommodations and services. I moved from Alexandria VA and was not sure what to expect. I was looking for a home I could be proud of and got just that. Management are never afraid to step out of their primary duties to assist a resident with a need. For example, if I have a question, Jordan, a property manager I can call a friend, is always available to help. When I have a maintenance concern the team works together to resolve my issue, and it is timely. Clean, welcoming, stylish, safe, engaging, and fun are a few words to describe my experience here. I had a wonderful experience working with Norleen during my leasing process. From the very first interaction, she made both my mother and me feel so welcome and comfortable. The tour she gave of the building was outstanding, it truly made me want to move in right away! This community quickly became my top choice, not only because of the beautiful property but also because of the amazing team, including Jamilla, Sergio and especially Norleen my leasing consultant. It’s such a relief to see a staff that is both professional and genuinely caring. I’m so happy to have met such a great team, and I’ll definitely be recommending this community to others!

Living at Nobe Market has been a great experience so far. The staff here really go above and beyond for residents. Viky, the property manager, is always professional and genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. Jordan, the assistant property manager, is super friendly and quick to help with any questions or issues. The maintenance team is also amazing — Henry, the maintenance supervisor, and Werner always take care of requests quickly and do great work. They’re both very respectful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, which really makes a difference.

I recently toured Nobe Apartments in Bethesda with Norleen, and I was very impressed by the entire experience. Norleen was professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions with patience, and made the tour feel personal and informative. The apartments themselves were beautiful, but it was Norleen’s warmth and professionalism that truly stood out. She made a great impression and represented Nobe Apartments exceptionally well. Highly recommend scheduling a tour with her if you’re considering moving here!

I’m a new resident of Nobe Market, and thus far my experience here has been awesome. My apartment search has been narrowed down to three locations in this immediate area. I ended up choosing Nobe sight unseen over the others, and one building I had previously lived in and really liked. The deciding factor for me was the Leasing staff. Mr. Jordan was very helpful. He was always Polight and respectful and communicated effectively and in a timely manner. I appreciate him and the entire staff that I’ve come across so far. Thank you Nobe staff.
