Bell at the Pike

I recently moved to Bell at the Pike Apartments, and so far my experience has been excellent. The building is beautiful, well-maintained, and the entire staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful from the start. Joyce, the manager, has been especially wonderful! She’s been extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel comfortable and supported. One of the things I love most about living here is the location. Being in the heart of the Pike & Rose area means everything is walkable; great restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment, and everyday conveniences are all just steps away. Overall, it’s been a great transition into my new home, and I’m really enjoying the community and the neighborhood. Highly recommend Bell at the Pike!

The management and staff are professional, friendly, and quick to respond whenever help is needed. Great Property, I truly enjoyed my time staying here. The maintenance team was outstanding and incredibly resourceful. They responded promptly whenever an issue arose and even took the time to share helpful tips on using the appliances. Their professionalism and responsiveness made my experience even better.

This is such a beautiful place to live. The staff does a great job of making you feel at home. Warm greetings and a positive vibe in the community. Since the transition of new management, I have seen a great change since I moved here 7 years ago.

I took a tour of a vacant unit with Neko and loved it but was open and honest i was looking at other properties as well. I was called back today by Bernita saying the unit I was interested in applying for had dropped by $200 per month. Through the conversation on the phone, I told her one of my reasons for delay was I had hired someone for credit repair to have a smooth application process. Despite giving this info, she informed me it was still worth applying as I had proof of income from my new job. So I went back to tour again. While in the unit I explained my credit score was low but again, I had proof of new employment with my salary included which WELL covered the rent and explained I would have my credit repaired within 90 days.
