QLIC Apartment Rentals

Living at QLIC has been a great experience. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, which makes everyday living much easier and more enjoyable. The building is very well maintained, common areas are always clean, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. One of the biggest advantages is the location. Being so close to the subway makes commuting into Manhattan or getting around the city incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live with easy access to transportation, QLIC is a fantastic option.

I absolutely love this building I relate to other comments when saying that living here is their safe place and call it home I don’t know where the comments about staff being rude comes from, they are absolutely amazing people and warm, idk anyone who has ever complained about that Management is Excelent Overall great experience plus amazing connectivity to a numerous metro stations

I can’t speak enough how much I love this apartment: Great location - really convenient if you need to take F E R N W 7, perfect spot in my mind Nice view and facilities: it’s not the newest but everything is spacious and well maintained, plus the view to manhattan and bridge is amazing Most importantly, they got the most friendly staff imo. They are always super helpful and kind. The management is really good and responsive. You can hear sound from train but this is LIC xD. Qlic is not the most fancy one but I love it during my 2 years here and it got everything to be called a home.

We love love love this building. Our one bedroom apartment is decent size with dishwasher/washer/dryer in unit. The building has tons of amenities that are already included in your rent and amazing views. QLIC front desk/mail room/maintenance staff is super friendly and helpful. They maintain the building very well and keep it sparkling clean. We are finishing our first lease and can’t be happier with our choice. UPDATE: we are now on our fifth lease since my previous review and can’t be happier. Everything I mentioned years ago still stands. Our experience is still the same and its superb! The building, amenities and especially staff are the best you can get. This year they also made some improvements to the roof deck and lounge/game room. Great location. Easily accessible by subway and has direct train connection to Manhattan. Amazing view of the city on one side and sunrise on the other.
