Link Apartments® QPN

I have been living at Link for about three months now, and overall my experience has been positive. The building is generally well maintained, and the living environment is comfortable and convenient. There are a couple of issues I’ve noticed during my stay. Occasionally, there are some water quality concerns, and the WiFi has been unstable at times, with frequent outages. These issues can be a bit inconvenient, especially when working or studying from home. That said, I especially want to highlight Eddie at the front desk. He is always friendly, patient, and professional. Whenever I run into difficulties or feel frustrated about these issues, I often talk to Eddie, and he is always willing to listen and help as much as he can. Love this new building — the facilities are great and everything feels modern and comfortable. The team is always warm and responsive, and they handle requests quickly. I especially want to highlight the night-shift concierge, Eddie. He’s incredibly helpful, super nice, and always willing to assist with any issues. Really happy living here! 👍

Tone is exceptionally helpful and truly one of the best concierges I’ve ever encountered. He genuinely cares about the residents and makes everyone feel welcome. He is also highly attentive to who enters the building, ensuring a safe environment, and he handles any resident concerns with efficiency and professionalism.

Nice apartment with abundant amenities. And the service provided by concierges is definitely perfect. Especially Eddie and Tone, they make me feel like I’m home, and always treat everyone nicely and ready to provide their help just in time.

This is a really good building. I really appreciate the concierge tone. He’s really here for me anytime when I need help or advice. He reallly made this building into a home. He is definitely one of the most friendly and wholesome guy i’ve met in my life.
