I would like to thank Page real estate for the 8 years that my sisters and I rented from them. They were by far the best landlords I have experienced in my 16 years renting in NYC and I am thankful to have been their tenant. Sad we had to leave but very grateful for them. God bless you guys!

Page Real Estate treated me well during my time with them. I actually made some mistakes with the apartment when I was leaving New York because I had to leave so hurriedly. I reached out to them and they were completely understanding. They worked with me on everything. Great people. Great value.

Great experience with this company. Stayed 4 years in an appartement managed by them, everything was great and nothing to complain about. Heard so many bad things about other people building, this one the heat was always on time, super warm, very nice and helpful super in the building, clean and well maintained location. I can only recommend them if you want to live in Astoria, I think they only do this neighborhood. They managed multiple buildings and location, they can surely help you to settle here !

They offered no help with getting my security deposit back and essentially threw me to the wolves. I was assured by one of their workers this would not be the case, as well as by the main realtor however it seems their communication was lacking as I never received a response concerning this matter. Overall the energy felt very dismissive as a person who was moving out, as if they no longer cared for me due to no longer receiving rent from me. Would avoid dealing with them if at all possible.

I lived in one of their buildings for over 5.5 years, and they're good people. When I had my roommate leave in the middle of covid, they tried to set me up with a new one. When that didn't work out, they allowed me to forego my lease and move into a one bedroom in the same building, while only having me pay my half the rent for that month. They're good and understanding folks.
