We must say - Arthur, Mayar, Safin, Stephen were absolutely amazing. We weren’t familiar with the area, they helped us, gave us tips, and even gave us some waters! We definitely want to stay here now after the incredible welcome we had, thank you for making our NYC experience so special!!
Overall good experience living there for 2 years, staff was excellent, building is in a prime location, rental increases can be a bit high, so try to negotiate
Great building with fabulous staff. I lived there for over eight years and only moved to take an apartment in another one of their buildings. Best landlord in NYC.
TFC overall is overpriced for the amount of amenities they provide. 21% increase in my rent from my lease 2 years ago.
Great place to live. The rent is fair and increases are reasonable, building management and staff are friendly and attentive.
