Hunter's Point South Commons

I moved to Hunter’s Point South four months ago, and am glad I did. The building is very well managed. Repairs are done quickly, and common areas are kept clean and lovely. Interiors have upgraded appliances and faucets, quality windows and HVAC units… even small touches like oversized mailboxes. Staff members are professional and they go above and beyond for me and other residents, making this a great place to live.

I love this building! Lived here over a year so far. From the front desk to the porters they are all friendly and professionals. Overnight guy always treats me when I get back from home. And if something needs repair they are quick to respond and fix it. The amenities space are great I use the gym all the time and for my bday I rented out one of the top floor rooms. Definitely recommend everyone checking it out. Can't be the views either.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hunters Point Commons. The building is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the location is hard to beat, close to the waterfront, parks, and plenty of great spots in LIC. It’s been a great place to call home. The apartments are modern and quiet, with great natural light. I’ve also appreciated how clean and secure everything feels, from the lobby to the shared spaces.

I been living at Hunter’s Point Living (Commons) for 10 years and was lucky that my family was a lottery pick when the building first opened. As I seen huge changes in the neighborhood over the years one thing I could say I am blessed to live here. The building was opening back in 2015 and loved we have a concierge and amenities. Emir Muminovic is always listening to my concerns and he is very professional. Edwin Cruz & Concepcion Serrano always additive and always asking if my family is good. They always on top of my expectations yearly and painting cycling. Francisco Lopez is my favorite in the front desk always finding misplaced packages 📦 and very knowledgeable on front desk operations. Guillermo Vega (Will) is always working hard and keeping the lobby and elevators very clean. Cels

We have just recently moved into the building and we love it. The staff has been super helpful, especially Edwin the resident manager. Plus you can’t beat the views and location.
