I was the third person to move into this building and it's been a blessing. The staff are AWESOME. I'm grateful to be living here.

I parked my car here, which costs $18.99 for cars. When I came back to pick up my car, they charged me $30, which is too much Parking all over New York they are taking full advantage of the public's compulsion and there is no one who has a check and balance on them.and they don’t even share details y u changing 30$ dollars , is it justice 30$ for car parking

I lived here for a year and want to give the staff a huge shoutout, this is an extremely well managed building. The doormen are great at remembering names and faces (shoutout to you Marvin!), maintenance team is extremely helpful and any issue gets resolved in a day. For how large the building is, I’ve never had an issue waiting longer than 3minutes for an elevator. One negative (which is super minor all things considered) is that the gym gets packed during peak hours and Lysol wiped aren’t refilled fast enough. Otherwise I’ve had no issues with the apartment and will for sure miss living here.

This is a premium mediocre level apartment. They call it luxury and beautify the surface to go along with the location(Manhattan skyline view) to charge a crazy amount. It's nice...to a certain degree. Some of their staff lack competency and professionalism - I've had my package given to the wrong person before and have seen/heard this happen to others while waiting for my package. We've created a maintenance request for the same thing more than once twice because the issue wasn't resolved by the first visit and was claimed to have been resolved. During our move in, there were things that weren't cleaned or changed, and I had to call them in to do so - e.g., changing molded towel handles, cleaning crumb filled AC, etc. Things that should've been well inspected before the new tenant moved

Amazing staff and well managed building. No regrets of living here.
