Pulte Homes at Crosswinds

It was a smooth process. I love the area. I would just make one recommendation, and this would be for the HOA: that they give the clubhouse a little more love.

We closed on our home with Pulte at Crosswinds three months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since the temperatures started rising. The HVAC system can’t keep the house cool—on hot days, it struggles to maintain anything more than a 15-degree difference from the outside temperature. For over a month now, we’ve been stuck in a cycle of blame-shifting between Pulte and Casa Mechanical, with no clear answers, no resolution, and no timeline for a fix. Technicians keep getting sent out only to shrug and say they don’t know what the problem is. Meanwhile, my calls are ignored or passed around from one department to another. To make the home livable, I’ve had to pay out of pocket for portable air conditioners—because despite the warranty, they refuse to take real responsibility.

Smooth process overall and extremely satisfied with the service provided!
