Providence Pointe

The place looks nice. But once I moved in I realized there was hardly any cabinet space. One closet is taken up by the water heater, keep that in mind. I lived here for one year. Moved in in the middle of the month. When it came time to give the 30 day notice, my move out date extended over the one year lease and covered the entire month. Never had that happen before. Make sure you look at the start date and end date of your lease. I realized after the fact the end date was blank. Gina visited twice to inspect the place and left notes for things that were not in conduct with the lease. Visits from management was something I've never experienced as a renter and feels border line invasive, not a lot of privacy. But I get it, they have standards to uphold. Walls are paper thin. Lived at Providence pointe for almost 4 years with my little family, Loved my stay there and my neighbors. Maintenance was always quick and very friendly. Gina was always good to us in the front office. They are a very family oriented apartment complex.

I am making this review for my grandmother. She has lived her for a couple years and she can not be happier! Management is very helpful and quick to get things done around her apartment and the complex. Laura in the front office is always a pleasure to talk to and very respectful. If my grandmother needs anything Ik she will be taken care of ! Good job Providence pointe !

Very disappointed in this place, they complain cause kids are being kids in the pool being loud. So manager comes saying to keep it quite. This place is going down hill. Been here for so many years and no one complains. Do rent increases every 12 months when the lease is over? Keep that in mind.

Well I have always enjoy talking with Victor he always has nice things to say and is always very helpful...I know that I can always ask him for help...he always looks and acts very professional and am glad he's here! ...Provindence Pointe is a very nice place to live and the grounds are kept up nicely and I feel safe...glad to be here going on 5 years now...
