This is the third time my husband and I have gone through the home-buying and selling process. I have never had a worse experience with a buying agent. Sharon started her offer process by telling my agent that she had 20 years of experience and that our agent did not know what she was doing because she had only been an agent for 4 years. Although our agent works closely with her family, who have been in the business for over 20 years. After insulting our agent, she proceeded to misinform her clients and failed to explicitly inform them of their right to request home inspections. After giving us an offer on our home, she came back the next day and said her clients would walk away from the offer if we did not allow them to have a home inspection. Ellen and Michael went above and beyond helping me find a house while living several states away. They were prompt with responses, transparent, and had great connections (inspectors, handymen, etc) who made the whole process as painless as possible. Highly recommend having them help you find your next home!

Do not trust Jack (John) at all. He has completely screwed us on a purchase of a flip from someone he knows. They clearly also know other inspectors who like to lie about things as well. Do not trust him/the company and find another realtor to work with. It will save you thousands.

Despite being pleasant, I have implore you to be more transparent. We moved in.. there are dead roaches and traps in all the kitchen cabinets. The heater doesn't work and was sold as unknown.. But you knew.. Integrity is but a myth and a wisp anymore. But aside. Making one run with 2 hours notice with an amount to run the bank with 45 minutes to drive up to the settlement. unacceptable. The whole process was unacceptable. At the end of the day you get the second star because we will fix all that stuff.. and I personally will strive for communicating better in my own life, and I hope as a business you work on that as well.
