Preserve at Plum Creek

I recently scheduled and completed a tour of this apartment building, and I had a really positive experience. The office staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and responsive, and the maintenance team was also great. You can tell they genuinely care about keeping things running smoothly. There was a small hiccup with the trash valet service due to the transition to new management, but they stayed on top of the situation and made sure it was resolved quickly, which I really appreciated. It showed that management is attentive and committed to fixing issues rather than ignoring them. While the building itself is older, the upkeep is solid and everything appears to be well-maintained. The process to get moved in was seamless, the deal seemed too good to be true but it is absolutely amazing. The amenities aren't bad priced, sometimes trash is a little late but it gets done. Front office is filled with such nice people and also very understanding, I was scared to not get accepted from my broken lease but they worked with me and everything. Would highly recommend

The best experience I have ever had with an apartment manager. They were very understanding and helpful; the whole process didn't take long at all. The amenities make everything so simple and convenient and not at a horrible price. I'm so thankful for finding this place at the right time! I definitely recommend it.

The management team Jordan and Angela are amazing, very professional and warm and all in all ready and willing to go out of their way to make you feel right at home. I recommend The Preserve at Plum Creek for it's affordability and the way they genuinely care about you as a resident. This is definitely a community you can call home. I highly recommend it here.

Been here for almost a year and let me say that the new team Jordan and Angela have taken care of issues on property that the previous team seemed to have a hard time with. Dumpsters are clean the property is well maintained with landscaping and my work orders were taken care of the day I addressed them in the office! Thank you both!
