Justin is a VERY good guy, just a busy landlord with hardly any help. He helped us out a ton when we moved out and honestly, as long as you pay rent on time and don't cause problems, he will be there for you. We got 100% of our deposit back within days of moving. Only giving 4 stars because we had to wait awhile on a couple of things that needed fixed. Otherwise, very trustworthy guy and if you're on his good side, you are his priority.
Worst Management Business EVER! Poor management of our home resulting in the property being destroyed by a tenant, and they refuse to return our deposit! Very poor communication! They don't even deserve a star! I will be reporting this to the BBB.
Extremely poor management with houses. Two tenants who completely trashed my house and didn’t pay any rent. Luckily we sold the house but this management office is the reason why we will no longer consider renting out.
The guy that manages the place was very friendly and helpful
