This managing company is the worse. They are lack of professionalism. Going on one year and half,I lost great tenant because of the lack of understanding. I wish never to deal with another managing company such as these people. Zero heart and understanding. Beauge of them my unit still vacant. And then we have to cuff up money to HOA ever month. What HOA please!

It has been the displeasure of my life to have anything to do with this management company. No one answers the phone, when you reach the operator, they have literally told me "they are not reachable by phone" even though they have extensions. I have had experiences where I called 17 times with no answer, finally spoke to someone, was transferred to someone that transferred me straight to a voicemail box. I was told incorrect information by the account manager that cost me thousands of dollars at sale closure of a unit. They are generally rude and disorganized. Every single interview for a tenant or new owner takes them exactly 30 days, while they do say it can take them up to 30 days to respond to an application, they clearly wait until last minute to do anything.

Not designed to deal by phone, but rather by email or through the portal, which is fine with us. Under this premise we are getting a better value and service than ever before.

As a long time client with Premier, my experience has been great! I've dealt with Sasha, Brian, and Rausse and they have been extremely professional and helpful. Always looking forward to give them our association business.
