Precise Custom Homes

I have quite a laundry list of problems with Precise Custom Homes, but I'll give two that I think are illustrative. Like another reviewer I had to replace large portions of my roof that were the wrong type for the slope (~$9k). Additionally, I'm attaching a picture of big chunks of rubble that were buried a few inches under the surface of my front lawn.

Danny and his crew at Precise Custom Homes are some of the most genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They truly care about the happiness of their clients. This level of customer service is truly flawless. After purchasing a home from Precise, I feel like I am a part of their family. Further, its a necessity to mention the beauty of the homes they create and renovate is impeccable. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect home, or family to purchase our first home from. We can’t wait to buy the next one from them too. 10/10 recommend! Thank you Precise for going above and beyond for us in more ways than one!!

Precise custom homes helped our family build a beautiful forever home. From the beginning of the process until the end when we walked into our new home they were an absolute joy to work with. As any of you know looking or building a new home is not an easy process but they made it a “walk in the park” for us.They listened to every detail of customizing our home and even had ideas to share. BUYER BEWARE. In March of this year, my wife and I purchased a home that was built by Precise Custom Homes in 2016. This is the first home we have bought, and we purchased it from the original owner. During inspection it was noted that there were stains on the ceilings of both the first and second floor from roof leaks. We were told that just after the home was built, there was a bad storm and the roof leaked. The seller’s agent said that the home was still under warranty at that time (~2016), so Precise Custom Homes had come out and fixed the leaks. Fast forward to 2021. Several weeks ago, after a night of rain, I came downstairs and found a puddle of water on the living room floor. I contacted our insurance company and multiple roof repair companies. Our roof is a low slope, 1/12, roof
