Pointe West Apartments

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The place is filthy. Management/landlord sucks and is nonexistent. If you have a maintenance request, you will be waiting weeks or even months. You will NOT receive your security deposit back. I left my apartment cleaner when I left then how it was when I moved in, and they're still holding mine after 3 months of being moved out. If you try to contact them, you will be ignored every single time, just like I was. Their office is non existent in a back ally which is so sketchy. I advise you to spend your money literally anywhere else.

Dont consider living here.. just dont.... This place is a joke. Find literally anywhere else to live. Landlord and management are the worst I've ever dealt with. I lived in my apartment there with sewer backing up into my sink from other people's apartments for about a week. The smell lasted longer. You submit a maintenance request you'd be lucky if they get out to fix it earlier than a week after submitting. Ive turned them into public saftey 3 times because it got so bad. You WILL NOT get your deposit back. Was told my apartment was in good condition and I would receive my FULL deposit back. After asking 3-4 different times after I moved out I was ghosted every time. They replied to me up until I turned in my keys then never heard from them again. How they continue getting away with this

I loved the size of the apartment and the price to rent. However, management was completely unprofessional and basically nonexistent. Anytime we would need to get a hold of management, we had to call multiple times for weeks before we got an answer or call back. After moving out, trying to get in touch with management regarding our deposit was almost impossible. We would continuously call but we would not get an answer or a call back. We left the apartment exactly how it was when we moved in so we should have gotten our full deposit back but we were unable to get in contact with management. We tried for weeks and months after moving out but were ignored every single time. I would not recommend to anyone due to the poor, nonexistent management. Do yourself a favor and find a different place

I lived here for three years. While the apartment itself was spacious for the price and the location was convenient, the property management was nearly nonexistent and made for a frustrating living situation. When I toured the building, I was told they'd be replacing the coin laundry system with a card system "soon." By the time I left, 3 years later, not only was it still the same coin laundry machines, but one of the washers on my floor started to emit thick smoke and terrible noises at the end of the cycle despite multiple maintenance requests. Speaking of maintenance requests, there were times when we had to submit multiple requests for the same issue before it was addressed. The apartments themselves are alright quality. Dealing with the management is awful. Negligent and love to make excuses. So if you want an apartment that's alright and (naively) think you won't need to ever contact them for anything, then live here. In showings they often show the 1st floor apartments which are larger than the standard to be handicap accessible, so it can be deceiving. We personally had two bikes stolen from the bike racks (both in heavy metal locks). Will never live in another T&T Property.
