Pinnacle Realty of New York, LLC

I recently noticed some confusion online between Pinnacle Group and Pinnacle Realty of New York, so I wanted to share my own experience. I worked directly with George and Danny from Pinnacle Realty of New York and had a very positive experience. They were professional, extremely helpful, and always responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They also took the time to show me multiple commercial properties, including options for another project I’m currently working on. At one point, I was even receiving calls from people who assumed I was working with a different group, and I had to clarify that Pinnacle Realty of New York is a separate company. Overall, my experience was smooth and positive, and I would definitely recommend working with them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Have spoken to a couple different brokers showing me properties in different areas around NYC. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable of the market and also my needs. Looking forward to continuing and growing our relationship.

The worst of the worst property management company. The property manager, Paul (and refused to give me his last name) speaks to people in condescending tones and does not take any responsibility. They do not EVER respond to you until you call the main office to escalate. The main office or "executive" office staff is just as rude and unpleasant.

Lack of communication and professionalism I contacted James Ege in regards to renting a warehouse, he showed up 20 minutes late for the showing, then he told me to send an offer for the space and when I did he responded 18 hours later with (too low-not interested) I sent him another offer but the second time I never received any response back from him, so I emailed the company directly so they connect me with a different agent but never received any response back from them If you’re looking for a space to rent try to totally avoid Pinnacle Realty

My wife and love this place. Wonderful establishment with warm hearted people. They always pay attention and show us a good time. Even our daughter loves it.
