These apartments don’t like like how they post them online don’t fall for the bs it’s definitely cap
Family-ran apartment company--met the owner a few times now, as well as maintenance and the manager--it's always been a pleasure. Maintenance is highly responsive with service requests, management gets back quickly to you, and the apartment itself is in good condition. I cannot stress enough what a relief it is to have great management in place! The rain garden they've put out front looks really nice--in addition to the new sign out front that lists the apartment. I would love to continue renting through them, but at this time I don't believe any apartments they run allow dogs unfortunately. The neighborhood is pretty quiet (nestled off of 694 and an old cemetery), with a good mix of renters--neighbors are typically pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend Mateer Properties!
My husband and I loved here for a yr and honestly management was great. Never had problems and maintenance was always on it!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Corporate and management sucks. If you’re interested in this spot I don’t recommend.
