Pine Forest Apartments

This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! We had sewage coming out of our downstairs bathroom so bad that it was flowing out the back door! Then it started coming out of the ceiling and out of the upstairs bathroom and we asked for them to fix it they said they couldn’t and when we asked if we could be moved apartments they told us no that they could only let us out of our lease early! Please DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! All they care about is money! We got told by 3 Professionals that the floors needed to be ripped up and replaced and the owners still refused to fix the issue! Even tho my 3 year old son got cellulitis from the bacteria on the floors!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Sewage has backed up in these apartments and they refuse to do anything about it. I can smell this down the entire block! This is a health hazard for the community and it’s shocking that people would be so despicable to do this to other human beings. Peoples livelihoods are ruined by this!

If you're thinking of living here please don't, I toured one of the townhouses and the whole celling was caved in, there was black mold all over the water heater, seems very unsanitary and hazardous. Seems great measure it's cheap rent but not worth it whatsoever

This place is overall inhumane. Not only are they letting sewage sit and rot in public!!! They are also refusing to talk to anyone about the issue or any other issues that have happened. This place already had black mold, but sewage water on top of that, disgusting.

Terrible place to live, charges you to call matainace and to fix things. Neighbor had sewer leaking into the apartment. Can never get ahold of anyone. Do not live here
