My experience was very bad and unfair to me personally. I rented a house through them, and my sister went to see the house to check the size, and it was somewhat the size I wanted! But when we rented the house and my husband and I went to see it on the first day, I objected to many things that weren't clear in the video. First, the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned before (from dogs and animals). Dog hair was scattered everywhere in the house, and our family is allergic to this. They refused to change any of the carpets, so I cleaned them myself and sent them the cleaning bill, but they didn't pay me. Secondly, all the window screens in the house were broken or missing, including the inner door to the garden overlooking the house and the main door. I asked them to fix them, but

My husband and I had a deeply upsetting experience with Amanda (broker) and Shelby (agent). After scheduling a showing and submitting our IDs as requested, the appointment was suddenly canceled due to a vague "screening process.” We met all the stated criteria, yet were dismissed without explanation. The timing and lack of transparency made the situation feel discriminatory and completely unprofessional. We’ve never experienced this kind of treatment from any other real estate professionals. If you expect fairness and respect, look elsewhere.

As stated in my wife's review, we were scheduled for a showing. Prior to submitting my ID, everything was good to go. We were never informed about any “screening process” we were simply told that anyone over 18 needed to provide identification. However, after I submitted my ID, the showing was canceled, and we were never offered an opportunity to reschedule supposedly due to the need for “more security” as they're now claiming in their response. It’s safe to say that their so-called two-minute screening process appears to involve discrimination based on race. I won’t suggest it was gender-based, as Shelby was always aware that a man would be viewing the property. But my race suddenly made me a “threat” requiring additional security despite the fact that neither my wife nor I have any crimi
