The time here has been great. We’ve got new maintenance and staff, and everything has been running smoothly. The work gets done, and they keep the place looking nice. I’ve been living here for years, and it’s been a great experience. It’s a nice place to live with a great maintenance team and an nice office manager.

Been living here for 4 years now apartments are spacious locations is good. Share a parking lot with the fire department and police department so you will feel safe. Maintenance is pretty good they fix problems pretty fast. The ladies that have worked as property management are nice. Few things I don't like are the mold problems and the trash that's around apartments that makes it look bad. Pest control get done offer so that's a plus

I’ve recently moved into this apartment and I love the amenities. The staff is really friendly and did I mention the amenities they’re really nice.

Cons: We've been living here for almost 3 years, and things have been going downhill since we moved in. We had to leave our first apartment because of bug and mold infestations. We had the same issues when we switched apartments. Management changes often. Some of the neighbors and kids can be extremely noisy and inconsiderate. Windows in both apartments we've been have been molded, not properly sealed, and depending on where your bedroom is, very stuffy. Pros: Maintenance and Pest Control is actually really good about coming out to fix issues. The 3 bedrooms are spacious. All units come with a washer and dryer. Decent sized kitchen, but lacks in some cabinet space. It's ok if you're looking for something temporary, but be prepared to have to make some concessions on living conditions.

I have stayed her less than a year and my stay has been Great! The issues that I did have were addressed and handled in a prompt manner. The apartment manager Dee is wonderful. I see a lot of people bashing her on here and it's not cool. She is a very professional and educated woman that handles herself accordingly. I feel like the shots that are being fired at her maybe a little extra and unnecessary. If there is ever an issue she handles it professionally and according to the policies and procedures within our lease. She keeps this property looking awesome and very well kept. We all have to be mindful that you have to give respect to receive it. Being an apartment manager isnt a easy task and she does a great job!
